Kabn 1 is a bespoke, architecturally designed eco-cabin, dreamily set on the secluded shores of Loch Fyne in Argyll, Scotland. Just a one-hour drive from Glasgow Airport (and two hours from Edinburgh), the journey here takes you through some of Scotland’s most beautiful scenery, including the shores of Loch Lomond.

This minimalist one-bedroom retreat has been crafted to blend seamlessly with its surroundings, using sustainable materials and a calm, Japanese-Scandi inspired design. Floor-to-ceiling glass in the living area invites the outdoors in, offering uninterrupted views across the loch, while the bedroom provides a peaceful outlook to the surrounding nature.

Inside, the open-plan living space features a wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cosy seating area perfect for slow mornings and peaceful evenings. The ensuite bathroom comes with a rainfall shower, while organic cotton sheets and a vegan down duvet make nights here effortlessly comfortable.

Step outside and you’re just a few steps from your own private stretch of shoreline — ideal for morning coffee with the water lapping nearby or an evening watching the sunset over the hills. With only two cabins on the site, spaced over 100 metres apart, privacy and tranquillity are guaranteed.
